Exceptional service! Wonderful bedside manner. He listens, very well! All of the decisions were made together. And he checked up on me and called me, made sure I was doing well, after this big surgery. I could not have asked for a better doctor or a better experience. Dr Samas is amazing. Listened to everything I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I have been recommending him and will continue to do so. If I decide I want to do anything in the future, he and his team will be my first call.

I had 4 consults and ultimately went with Dr Samas at 5280 plastic surgery for several reasons. 1st, he is board certified, which is super important to me. Secondly, they offered the Motiva implants I wanted. 3rd, Dr Samas was very personable and professional. He personally keeps in touch and answers any questions at any time. Lastly, the location is conveniently located near my house. In this day and age, I am happier with less time spent in traffic. I am pretty athletic and fit and a mom of 2, both C sections. I wanted something to enhance all the hard work I did with diet and exercise. Dr Samas delivered. I did a mommy makeover with breast augmentation and mini tummy tuck. The procedure itself could not have gone any smoother. All the perioperative staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I had 0/10 pain the entire time! I did do the Exparel shot. I am only 2 weeks post op, still recovering and swollen but I can tell I look really "natural" and not exaggerated nor disproportionate. I am so excited to see my final results in the coming months and glad I did not have to travel out of the country or to Miami for these amazing results. I knew Dr Samas was an artist and visionary when he drew on my body before the surgery, imagined where my implants should go, even shaded "no touch" zones and the results speak for themselves. There’s a level of trepidation when you consider plastic surgery and I went into 5280 Plastic Surgery with a fair amount. It was immediately relieved upon meeting Dr. Samas and his team. They were welcoming, kind and had an empathetic approach. My surgery (a mini tummy tuck with liposuction) was one week ago and superseded my expectations. Dr. Samas is knowledgeable and patient, answered my never-ending questions with grace, and I can’t be more happy with the results. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Samas! A few years ago I went through a weight loss journey. I was able to lose over 100 pounds. I’m a male, late 30s and average height. Losing 100 pounds left me with excess skin, especially around my midsection. I met with Dr. Samas and discussed our options. Lipo. Lift. Skin removal. It was a very human experience. He listened to my concerns and was honest about realistic expectations. I felt respected and informed throughout the process. I never felt rushed, and the more we discussed the treatment plan, the more I began to trust his judgment. I am happy to report a wonderful outcome. Not only was he able to address my issues, but left little evidence of the surgery. The line of my incision is discreet and below the waist line. Outstanding! One final thing to note, is the post surgery experience. I had access to Dr. Samas for any issues/concerns and never felt abandoned in recovery. In the world of plastics/cosmetics, there can be a lot of noise around miracle procedures. It’s not like that. He listens intently, really internalizing where you’re coming from, your fears and your questions, and always responds thoughtfully and thoroughly. Most physicians push their agenda on you or take unnecessarily dramatic measures that can cause more harm than good, but Samas is the perfect amount of conservative which achieves the best, most natural results, while also going out of his way in his patient care.
